Chipotlé is always a phenomenal experience for me, never has a restaurant actually rise up to provide local quality ingredients at a fair price, hot and ready.
In college, I actually ate there three times in one day. A bowl at 11, a burrito at three, and a quesadilla at 10 PM after my final
So yeah, I am very thankful for Chipotlé

Management must be struggling because the customer service here has gone completely down the drain. Horrible experience.

Anybody seen my Chipotle? Amazingly small portion with this order. Absolutely ridiculous. Will go to the location at Collina Terrace from now on.

Terrible experience at this Chipotle location on 12/06/25. My husband visited with our son to use the Saturday BOGO promotion, which clearly allows up to five BOGOs per receipt. They ordered two taco plates and two bowls, and he requested a tortilla on the side, which he never received.
At checkout, only one BOGO was applied. He showed the cashier the official rules from Chipotle, and when he told her they need to know the actual promotion rules, she kept arguing instead of correcting the order. She repeated “one BOGO per customer,” even though that is not what the promotion states. She refused to fix the order, and when he asked for a refund so it could be corrected, she refused again and told him to contact Chipotle himself.
Only after he said he no longer wanted the food did they finally start discussing it and agree to cancel and redo the order. It should not take that much resistance just to get a promotion honored.
To make the experience even worse, the portions were extremely small — especially the protein — far below Chipotle’s usual standards.
This location clearly needs training on promotion rules, customer service, and consistent portion sizes. No customer should have to argue with staff simply to receive what the company has already advertised.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. Def would do zero stars if I could. Truly a waste of time and money, whichever manager is responsible for ordering their product has started to truly slack off. Not sure if it’s to save money or what but not having chicken the past three times I’ve come to this location seems intentional. I don’t come to this location that often either. The manager in charge was able to ask me if I wanted a side of chicken; after I asked her if she could give me a side of beans since the gentleman on line was becoming overwhelmed with this line forming again. Which in itself, for hopefully very obvious reasons, is ridiculous. Not to mention the shift manager standing at the end of the line talking with associates gossiping about somebody named ‘Izzy’. I managed to get filled in on drama that I as a customer shouldn’t know. It would be easier to tune them out but as these young ladies are incredibly loud, the shift manager at one point telling the gentleman in the back that she’d leave if he continued to bother her. Instead of assisting her line and providing support to the ONE AND ONLY gentleman who’s on the line, actually hustling and working hard to keep the line moving all on his own, she’s busy going back and forth with associates who appear to be off the clock standing around the end of the line. Watching the gentleman in the back, walk back and forth to the shift manager and ask her about the kitchen and watching her literally spazz on him multiple times for interrupting her clearly important conversation, was so uncomfortable and unnecessary. Especially because the kid clearly likes being talked down to. My food was cold yet again, which tells me the metal table they serve the food from was turned off and emptied of the water that’s supposed to keep the food warm. It’s my fault I guess for getting off early enough and thinking I could get a late dinner before they close, but it’s such a disappointment to know that management for this location is okay with their closing shifts turning into a circus performance every night. I’m not sure having a thousand ‘Now Hiring’ signs, and bringing on new people to a very clearly volatile situation is the best move for this location. There needs to be serious reformations for several staff members. Management needs to make a better effort with support their evening shifts and properly staffing to avoid bottle necks in the line and product shortages.
