They portion out all the food pretty small, and I had to keep asking them to “add more”. I was not impressed nor did I feel valued. If Chipotle is telling their employees to give smaller portions i will not be coming back. This chain used to be more friendly and service oriented. I will purchase from Publix instead when I am in this area (Clermont hwy 50)

I placed multiple orders for my family, each with specific custom requests, including having certain ingredients placed in separate containers. The young man on the right in the attached photo was extremely patient, courteous, and attentive while preparing each order. He carefully followed every request and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process. It is not always easy to accommodate detailed orders, especially during a busy shift, but he handled everything professionally and without hesitation. His effort and customer service truly stood out. Please extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to him and the rest of the team at this location. Experiences like this are why I continue to choose Chipotle.

I asked if they were out of veggies completely, the lady working the line said yes, and then turns around and asked the cook to prepare veggies. Didn’t ask me if I was willing to wait for them, just assumed and started making somebody else’s food. I I asked her to please finish making my bowl as I was not going to wait for veggies. I don’t understand how they saw the veggie container empty and did not have veggies ready to go when they close at 11 PM.
