When I was about to pay, I noticed there was also a 2 for $7 promotion, so I kindly asked the cashier to change my order. At that point, she made a sound of frustration, which felt quite uncomfortable. I told her she should try to be a bit more patient, and she replied that she is patient because she has a child with autism. I mentioned that I understand, as I have two nephews with autism, but she responded that it’s not the same because they’re not my children. I clarified that my comment wasn’t personal—it was about the service. In the end, she made the change, and I received my food, which was very good

They don't offer free refills on fountain drinks. Staff move slow. Noise level is crazy. Constant buzzing noise not sure where it was coming from. Don't eat here.

Orders are never ready, communication is abysmal, and the overall experience is unacceptable. This establishment should be shut down. It doesn't even deserve a single star.
