From the moment we walked in, everything about this restaurant was exceptional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was attentive without being overwhelming, and the food was absolutely incredible. Every dish tasted fresh and authentic perfectly cooked pasta, rich flavorful sauces, and desserts that felt straight out of Italy. You can truly tell they care about quality and detail in every bite. It was the perfect spot for a family gathering, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! Our waitress was Bernadette who was the sweetest.

Went Carabbas tonight in Clermont. Evan was our server and he did a fantastic job. Very attentive. Refills without us asking, also promoted a $10 take home special and was really great about it. Not pushy but a good salesman. The food was excellent. I am gluten free so my options are a little limited. Usually I get the pasta as not many restaurants offer gf pasta. Today I decided to get chicken Bryan. It was really good! Very flavorful. I really enjoyed my entire experience at this restaurant. Thank you!

Do not recommend. The chicken trio was not bad but the mushrooms were canned. At $30 for the plate, fresh mushrooms are not that expensive and go a long way for taste, texture, and overall quality. We had heard the portions were big. They weren't. Our kids aren't the most adventurous so they got the spaghetti and meatball (it came with a small one; it was underwhelming) and fettuccine Alfredo (the sauce was decent). The spaghetti sauce was very bland and just not good. We each took a bite, but decided not to take any home. The kids just ate warm bread. Which was the best part. They were out of 2 of the 4 beers. I asked what kind of beer the not bud light one was. "It's Italian." (Yes, thank you, it says that on the menu.) Ale? IPA? The waitress seemed annoyed I asked but offered to let me taste it. I ordered one but still not convinced it wasn't bud light. Twice they brought the wrong items to our table. I'm glad we don't live in a state that has to claim this dining establishment. Looking forward to going home to the good food.

We visited Carrabba’s in Clermont on Valentine’s Day hoping for a nice dinner, but the experience ended up being extremely disappointing.
Our salads and appetizer came out in under three minutes, which was great — but everything went downhill after that. We asked our waitress multiple times for more bread, and after the third request over about 15–20 minutes, she finally told us it still had to be made in the back. She also stopped refilling our waters once our entrées arrived, to the point where I had to give my girlfriend my drink because our waitress was nowhere to be found.
When our meals arrived, mine was actually very good. Unfortunately, my girlfriend’s sauce tasted off. We politely asked for a fresh sauce and weren’t trying to make a big deal out of it. Our waitress assured us the replacement was from a new batch — but it tasted just as bad. Eventually she brought a small cup of sauce that tasted correct. By that point, I had already asked someone else for a manager because our waitress was consistently absent and not making any real effort to resolve the issue. She also never mentioned there would be a surcharge for extra sauce until I specifically asked.
The manager did step in and quickly offered my girlfriend a new meal, which came out tasting as it should have from the beginning. However, after waiting so long for bread, sauce, and a replacement entrée, we decided to just take the food to-go so we could leave.
To make matters worse, our check was also incorrect — we were charged for two appetizers when we only ordered one. I had to get a manager again to have it fixed. And I’m even more disappointed that after all that trouble, all they did was take off the extra charge for the sauce, and didn’t even offer a discount or anything whatsoever.
What should have been a special Valentine’s dinner turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience for both of us. We left feeling neglected and let down.

4 of us came in on Valentine day. 2 ordered salmon special - it was over cooked, dry and terrible. 1 ordered rib - it was hard as a rock, also overcooked. 1 ordered chicken picata - two tiny pieces of chicken - looked like they were running out of food. We waited over one hour for our food, after we ordered it. Very very disappointed in the food. Julio, our server, did his best under the circumstances. Julio and our blackberry sangria was the only thing that was good.
