  Went today Tuesday like we normally do every Tuesday for the Bogo wings, but today was different our waiter that we normally get wasn’t there we still asked for her section they sat us at 6:53 as im making eye contact with all the waiters passing our table nobody stopped to even say we will be right with you, as the Manager the white guy passes our table even looks at us he doesn’t even say anything to the staff its been 7 min passed so its 7 pm i told my mom lets wait maybe shes busy with the 3 tables she has NOOOOPE they sat a blx couple 2 seats down from us and she immediately goes to them “ RACIST MUCH?” So now its 7:15 and NOOOBODY walks to us so we get up and leave i told the dirty blonde girl up front she seems like the assistant manager i told her we got sat at 6:53 its 7:15 nobody has gone to our table but that couple was just seated and immediately they went to serve them,SHE DIDNT SAY A WORD AND DECIDED TO GET THE PHONE CALL, we have never experienced this at this buffalo Wings like if they decided to be racist towards Hispanics, i really hope these see this review and fix their racist STAFF

  Went here and the service was horrible!!! Atmosphere was chill no complaints but the wait once seated was ridiculous. The food came out cold and didn’t look appealing at all.

  I understand the busyness of Super Bowl night. But this Buffalo wild wings is perhaps one of the most Unorganized businesses I’ve ever seen. People waiting for Over an hour after their pick up with no updates from any staff. Try to speak to staff and they just brush you off and say I’ll be ready when it’s ready.

  The Buffalo chicken tots are nasty! Its like watered down canned mushy chicken. The tator tots were cooked perfectly. The dish would've been great if not for the chicken. Not the server, cooks or managers fault apparently thats what they are made to serve? The staff was nice as always. Its the chicken!! Never again.

  We had the absolute worst service by our server last night, and the other table also in his section ended up flagging down another waitress to take their order. His response to them was "hes running around tables". Which wasn't true, he was meandering around the side station and acting like he was counting heads, actually, I dont even know what he was doing because it certainly wasn't checking on his tables. I also think he never put our order in, because 2 other tables in his section ate and PAID before we even got our food. By the time we got our food, my side dish didnt even come out. It took Jay a noticeably long time to even check the kitchen, and im willing to bet they were sitting on the hot plate while he was sauntering around trying to look busy. I have never seen such an inefficient, lying server in my life. I have worked in restaurants and never have I been treated, or seen a server treat tables the way we were treated. You cant blame everything on the kitchen, I am willing to bet he never put our order in because it makes no sense how the tables next to us got their food, ate and paid by the time ours even came out. I was so close to requesting another server but she was ACTUALLY working so I didnt want to burden her while she did her job. Also, the wrap I got was straight up gross. Barely had any chicken and the whole thing was cold. Probably because our server forgot about all of it and it sat there forever. I honestly cant say I have any interest in returning after this terrible service, which is unfortunate because we are local and have frequented the restaurant plenty of times. The gamble of a terrible service and bad food outweighs the possible good server and mediocre food. You know its bad when you and the other table share a knowing glance at how bad the server is.
