Honestly, there should be more locations throughout the country. My friend from out of town dined here with me for the first morning she was here and her own words were, "Goddamnit, that's too good!" Pardon her language. Superior to Chikfila because they're closer and uber delivers. I'll be coming back. The cashiers/servers were very kind and thoughtful.

Me and my Dad got food from here on January 2nd. We got two of the 3 piece chicken meals. I noticed the chicken was a bit spicy so I only ate 1. My Dad ate the entire thing. His stomach hurt the entire ride home. My stomach didn’t hurt until that evening. Come to find out we both got food poisoning. (Nobody else in my house had this problem) also the tea tasted like a chocolate milkshake which I thought was odd but “ok maybe it’s just their thing” I guess it wasn’t normal. I got a lot more sick because I have stomach ulcers (yes I’m on medicine and yes that’s why I was hesitant to eat the chicken because it was a little spicy and no my dad doesn’t have ulcers.) So I threw up about 11 times even when all the food was gone and am currently still recovering. My Dad just got better this morning. Would not recommend.

I go to Bojangles for greasy chicken legs, Cajun fries, and slow employees. I was disappointed. They only serve chicken tenders as if it's a kids only menu. The fries were standard. The staff was super friendly and quick. I'd trade this upbeat knock off for the real deal any day.

This review is to report a very upsetting experience I had on 12/24/25 with the Bojangles location in Clermont, Florida. I placed a mobile order for a family meal through the Bojangles app approximately one hour before the store’s posted closing time. The order was accepted by the app and assigned a pickup time of 3:35 PM, which led me to reasonably expect that it would be fulfilled. Shortly afterward, I received a call from the store informing me that I needed to cancel my order because they were about to close and no longer had the supplies to prepare it. When I questioned this, I was told they were preparing to leave, despite the fact that the store was still open and the app had allowed the order to be placed. When I asked how to cancel the order since the app did not provide that option, I was told by the individual he did not know. I then asked for corporate contact information so I could seek assistance and was told to look it up online. As the conversation continued, I asked for the individual’s name and was told only that he was a manager. When I asked again for his name, he stated that he could not provide it and hung up on me. Being hung up on in this situation felt dismissive and deeply upsetting, especially when I was simply trying to understand why my order had been accepted and how to resolve the issue. This experience left me feeling disrespected and unfairly treated as a customer. I understand that supply or staffing issues can arise, but the manner in which this was handled — particularly the lack of guidance, refusal to identify the manager, and abrupt end to the call did not align with the level of service I would expect. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed and that appropriate follow-up be provided regarding both the handling of my mobile order (which I still need a refund on) and the customer service interaction. I have always had positive expectations of the Bojangles brand, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you.

Usually I can't speak highly enough of this place but my experience yesterday was subpar. The biscuits were half the size of the normal ones, so were the tenders and it appears we were not given all 20 tenders in the family meal we ordered. Also usually it is not a problem to sub out soft drinks for the iced tea, seeing as the 20 piece meal is $60 with tax. But the manager was lecturing the poor employee in the window about how much they're giving away when subbing out drinks when it should just be an easy swap like it usually is. Hope this place doesn't suffer from a drop in quality and hospitality.
