  As a vendor, stepping into this location to do a service, I am pleased with the professionalism and welcoming of Bailey and her staff. The location is clean and very well maintained, and if I’m ever in the neighborhood, I would visit again as a customer.

  Every time I spend $7+ on a drink it’s always made with extra ice when I ask for light ice and the drink is always at the middle of the cup or close to the bottom it’s about a 8 sip drink and it’s every single time this is the only Dunkin that does this

  Unfortunately the service was horrible this afternoon during my visit. I almost asked for my money back. The young girl at the drive through window had a bad attitude and she needs to be trained on customer service. She messed up our drinks and blamed us for it. Fortunately the receipt had the right order in. Thankfully there's was another young girl there with a beautiful attitude she quickly apologized for it and made our drinks according to what was ordered. I will think twice before visiting this store again. I've been to the 7Brew and the Chick-Fil-A across this store and their customer service has always been top notch.

  Very hit or miss. I've come here maybe a dozen or so times now. Food usually comes out amazing, but the coffee is to be desired. My usual order is a butter pecan latte and the taste varies from day to day based on who's working. One time my mother went in to buy a dozen donuts and received no help/greeting for 10 minutes, so she decided to leave. Definitely not the best Dunkin' around, but I go because the location is convenient.

  Precious was an absolute pleasure first thing in the morning. They greeted us with a huge smile and made small talk. Coffees and food came out hot and quickly. Store was clean as well!
