  After giving up on the Clermont location on 50(close to Lowes), and the Minneola location due to quality, incorrect orders, and apathetic staff, we decided to try this location. This location is a breath of fresh air. The food tastes good and fresh, is plentiful and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Even though this location is further than the other two locations, I drive to this one. Please keep up the great work!

  Easy ordering and pick-up from this new location on us27 near to Bob Evans. The food was well prepared and packed into minimal bags. Note that if you ordered a flavored beverage they will ask you again at the driver thru counter because evidently they cannot see the name of what you ordered online. Otherwise, excellent service 👏

  I had such an incredible experience at Chipotle today that I had to share! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly, but what really stood out was the outstanding service. Alissa and Isabella went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers made the whole visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across service like that—thank you both for making my day better! I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Everyone there is super welcoming! Aidan made me a great salad, Isabella made a great bowl for my son. And Alissa helped my daughter choose her bowl as well. Would recommend for a great post workout meal.

  We eat at Chipotle once a week but will never be returning to this one. Everywhere else we go we get a kids quesadilla meal (no meat) with an extra quesadilla. The extra is charged as a cheese taco because that's all it is! The staff was rude and condescending when we wanted to know why they were charging us for an extra meal. We were told it's a "teaching moment" as they figured it out and still charged us 4 dollars for the extra quesadilla stating we were lucky they weren't charging us more. This is the second time we've tried this new location and have had problems both times with seemingly an entire staff of lost teenagers and no leadership in sight. On top of the bad customer service they didn't even melt the cheese on our kids quesadillas (tiny cheese tacos).
