  I go to Chipotle pretty often, so I know what good service looks like—and this experience definitely missed the mark. The employee starting my burrito was skimpy with portions and came off as rude. He was also wearing his hat sideways, which didn’t feel very professional, but that’s beside the point. When we got to the register, the cashier rang us up and then walked away before completing the transaction. While she was gone, I scanned my rewards like I always do before payment. When she came back, she said, “just so you know, next time tell me when you want to scan your app.” That comment felt unnecessary, especially since I was just following the normal process. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle location. I spend a lot of money at your stores, but if this is the level of service being provided, I’ll definitely be reconsidering where I go. I hope corporate takes a look at improving this location.

  This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The restaurant was absolutely filthy, and basic hygiene standards were completely ignored. The floors were dirty, the tables were sticky, and the entire place felt unsanitary. It was honestly disgusting and unacceptable for any food establishment. I felt uncomfortable eating there and regret not walking out. If management cannot maintain even basic cleanliness, they should not be serving customers. I would strongly advise people to avoid this location

  I will never be coming here again Service is horrible especially picking up for DoorDash Maddy is disgustingly rude!!! She kept Texting on her phone while preparing my food !!! So unprofessional .

  Whoever Maddy is she is extremely rude when asked for confirmation for door dash and she gave me the dirtiest look and I watched her be on her phone the whole time while making my food so unprofessional she’s horribly rude!!!!!!

  There was food everywhere on the place where the serve, the girls I did not catch there names but there was 3 all they were doing was talking and not doing anything there was one boy we. Was serveing and the food was to little it is usually full but this time it was not I went to get my food and the girls had there hair down that is so nasty this was my fav spot but not no more I regret it. 🤮🤢 I got food at 5:30 on Sunday 🤢🤮
