  Everyone deserves a second chance right? How wrong could I have been. Customer service was HORRIBLE and that's being nice. The lettuce was brown, the guacamole looked like it had been sitting for some time and I had to put my son's order on repeat because the chic with the bad attitude just had no time to listen. I mean, how many ways or times do you have to QUESO????? It's official, we will drive to Ocoee the next time.

  This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The restaurant was absolutely filthy, and basic hygiene standards were completely ignored. The floors were dirty, the tables were sticky, and the entire place felt unsanitary. It was honestly disgusting and unacceptable for any food establishment. I felt uncomfortable eating there and regret not walking out. If management cannot maintain even basic cleanliness, they should not be serving customers. I would strongly advise people to avoid this location

  So I went for lunch and the guy who took my order didn't even acknowledge me. He was too busy interacting and having conversation with the other people that were working there with him when I went to go pay he forgot to add my chips in the order, he made me put my credit card the first time and then he said you're good to go and then couple minutes later he said that I didn't pay for it, knowing that I saw the part it said approve however, I was very disappointed at the way he was working. He was not good with customers then I realized when I got home, I got charged for two times on top of that. I had the worst food poisoning in my life. I would never put a foot in that door ever again. It's a horrible disgusting food that hurt my stomach.

  This may be close to my house! However, I would rather drive out of my way before I go back to this location! Staff is NEVER friendly and they beyond cheap when making your food! Then when you ask for a little more (not even dbl portion) they stare at you, like they are paying for it!! For a new location in the area, you would think the staff woud be a little more upbeat! Sad!!!

  Yesterday (Saturday) was my first visit to this location. I went right when they opened, so everything was out, hot and fresh. I've heard mixed comments about this particular location, but my experience was pleasant. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I ordered 2 bowls to go. The young lady making them did not skimp on any items nor did I have to ask her for "a little more". I have not been here during the weekday so I'm not familiar with that crew. Overall, I was satisfied with my food and experience and will most likely return.
