  Went thru the drive-thru tonight on my way back home from Orlando and had excellent service from Nico and Azyrah! They were both so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Nico gave a great recommendation for the new Jalapeño Ranch club, and I had been on the fence about trying it, but he convinced me I made the right choice. Azyrah even used my name throughout our conversation at the window. Absolutely excellent service tonight and my food had to have been fresh, because it was nice and hot. Amazing team!!

  More often than not, I am forced to go through drive thru for a mobile order, only to be bullied into going to curbside. When I give them the logical argument of “if you can deliver to curbside, then open curbside,” I’m met with indifference and, my personal favorite, a shrug with hands up. So the staff does not care if you have to wait, even though they say they do. I have tried addressing this multiple times and clearly there is an error in the way this particular restaurant works. Today was no different. I had to wait behind someone for ten minutes in line. When it was my turn to move up, I was directed to park at curbside. I refused. This manager came out and kept harassing me and guilting me that orders BEHIND ME were done and mine would not be ready “any time soon.” When my food was handed to me at curbside like usual, my food was delivered lukewarm. I am honestly getting sick of being treated this way so this business can increase their throughput.

  Chick-fil-A thank you to the amazing team & awesome surprise in my order. A song came on the radio right before it was my turn to order & i felt my mom sitting there right next to me in the passenger seat laughing it out & started balling my eyes out in the drive thru. I miss my mom dearly & that was proof shes right by my side still guiding me.. I was completely surprised to have found a comforting chocolate chip cookie they gave me & it most certainly cheered me up. Thank you for the beautiful blessing 😇

  I'm not sure what it is, every time I eat or pick up from this location, after I eat and waiting for the food to digest, I instantly get very sick. I'm not sure if the recipe for the grilled nuggets or the chicken Sandwiches have changed, but I'm writing this review in pain after a company lunch from here. Please fix this if you're able to, I love Chick-fil-A so much, and I hate that it now suddenly makes me ill.

  We happen to be on the road heading to to a cruise and needed to stop for a quick breakfast we could take to go. I went inside this Chick-Fil-A instead of the drive through to place a to go order. The place was very clean and inviting if I had planned to eat in. Observing the staff they were super friendly and seemed eager to serve. What I appreciated most was how everyone there including the manager was working hard to get their breakfast orders out fast for both the drive through and inside guest. I ordered some of their breakfast wraps meals and when I got to the car the order was perfect. Sometimes fast food places drop the ball on quality and accuracy when they are rushing to get the crowd out. But the wraps were delicious, fresh, and prepared with care. I don't rate fast food places often and Chick-Fil- A was an exception. Highly recommend them for the whole family for an affordable fresh taste on fast food.
