Paula was everything you would want in a server, her customer service skills were the best and left us all saying what a lovely lady she is. Thank you for making our experience an enjoyable one Paula! And the food was delicious too!!

I cant have cheese and im stuck at work until midnight or 1am. They did nothing to fix this. This makes no sense. I called twice. I called to make sure and I called again tk make sure the salad was correct and they told me it was. It gets here and its all wrong. Now im stuck at work with no food. Paid money for a salad I cant eat. Thanks for nothing. If I could give negative stars I would. Had to edit. Because my salad looks old. The salad is brown. If I didnt throw it away I would of taken a picture. This is crazy. Selling days old salads... All they care about is money. Not peoples health. Numerous people told me not to order from this one. I definitely will not again.
- BCBobby ComerMar 24, 20261.0This store regularly gets my order wrong. Since we mostly use the drive thru we usually just deal with it. After several wrong orders one of the managers added my name to the computer to say he would replace my meal but when I went there, the manager on staff was kind of rude about it and said it’s not a meal it’s just a sandwich. I got the impression that he thought I was trying to scam them for more than I was offered. I’m there at a minimum of twice a week. The very next time I went of course they messed up my order again, plus my wife’s grilled nuggets were slimy so she threw them out. Unfortunately it’s in the Orlando area so to go to another Chic-Fil’A will take 20+ minutes with the traffic. This is how businesses treat you when you are a captive audience.
