Bravo is a clean and well-organized store with very polite and helpful staff. The prices are similar to Publix, so it’s not necessarily a more affordable option if you’re looking to save money. However, what really stands out is the variety of Latin products and the prepared food section. The food is well-seasoned and offers a great selection, including grilled meats, chicken, fish, pork, as well as rice, beans, and salads. I especially recommend the tripe stew (mondongo), which is very flavorful—one of the best I’ve had in the United States.

The staff is always friendly, but the cafeteria/food area has been consistently disappointing. I’ve given it multiple chances, but the food is often cold and overpriced for what you get. You get more rice than anything else. You have to pay extra for sides, and the quality doesn’t match the price. More than once, the food has tasted like it’s been sitting out for hours, both in flavor and texture. I’m not sure if the problem is with the steam tables not keeping the food hot enough or something else, but the cafeteria definitely needs to improve.

Long line to order food and must if the time at least two employees standing around doing nothing!!! When I finally got a chance to place my order I told the woman to give me oxtails with Moro and maduros, three times!! When she gave me my food container I asked her, did you put the maduros in?, she said oh no. I told her, I told you moros and maduros. She turned around to ask something to another employee and then. Turned back to me and said, so you want tostones!! I said no, I want maduros. She put 3 slices of maduro in a small container and charged me $1.49 for it!!! When I got home and was going to eat..!!! I had yellow rice instead of Moro!!! Definitely worse service I ever had from anywhere!! The lady was Latin so am I do there was no communication problem just a lousy server!!!

Very clean and cold inside. If you're looking for an exotic food item or spices, they're fairly priced and lots of variety. However your healthier basics like asparagus was ($7.99)/bundle and a salad box in produce ($6.19), in my opinion--over priced. I tried the hot lunch today too. Rice was old and undercooked, like from yesterday's batch. The pork was tender and good, but after eating rice made me wonder when it was cooked. The other items on line did not impress me and just the 2oz of pork and dried rice platter was $8.99. Santiago's down the road in Cagan is better and cheaper for lunch/dinner. It's 2 day after opening, will try again in a couple of weeks and go from there.

I am a disabled woman in a wheelchair, and I needed assistance to shop—just someone to push the shopping cart. At first, they told me they didn't have anyone, and I said, "Disabled people come to your store to shop, and you can't assist them?" So they found me someone. Now I'm shopping and looking around because the store just opened, and I don't know where anything is. Fifteen minutes later, the girl walks off, and a manager comes to me saying, "She has to go back to the register. We don't do this." I replied, "I never have a problem at any other supermarket helping me if ever I needed help." The manager and the general manager looked at me like, "Oh well," with no care in the world. FYI: I'm a Black woman who felt discriminated against, and I replied, "My money can be spent anywhere," and left my cart right there. This was very unfortunate. I had been waiting for them to open forever, and to be treated like this is truly unfortunate. I wonder if they treat all disabled customers in wheelchairs like this or just my kind...
