  Charlie was an absolute delight to converse with after and during ordering. He was very personable and made our first time at a Bojangles memorable. Give this man a raise! I will be coming back exclusively because of Charlie!!! The food was good too.

  I received an email today with an offer and it was not showing up in my app. I called to get assistance with redeeming the offer that was sent to me and the manager on duty was unable to help me, Unable to give me a point of contact that could help me, And when I asked when I could expect a return call when he said he would pass my information to the general manager he said he couldn’t answer that question I said 48 hours a week a month and he said I’m not able to answer that. what a poorly run business makes me never want to use them for catering or for my family ever again. If you want a business that respects you as a customer and honors and values your business, choose somewhere else!

  Good food and the staff is always nice. Special shout out to the manager Matt Cook who is doing a great job. He cares about his customers. We had a large catering order that Matt helped with and we were very satisfied. Thank you, Clermont Bojangles.
