  Let me echo what previous reviews have said. If it’s lunch or dinner hours, you will be waiting 35-40 minutes for your food. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I couldn’t believe what I was reading on the order tracker on the app when it said a 35 minute wait. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and 5 other people inside, all standing around waiting for orders. I waited 15 minutes, cancelled, and left.

  I strongly recommend not ordering from this Taco Bell location (East Bay) during busy hours if you’re using apps like Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub. You will end up waiting around 30–35 minutes for your order. Meanwhile, drive-thru and in-store customers get their food in about 5 minutes. It’s clear that delivery app orders are not being prioritized at all. On top of that, the staff inside seem more focused on chatting, and when you try to ask about your order, it’s very difficult to find someone who can even give you an answer. Overall, this is a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. As a driver, I will definitely not accept any more orders from this location again.

  We went to drive trough today. We were the only customers. The guy who works there was so impatient because we took a couple of minutes to choose our order. Like it was our fault, that he has to work on Saturday. No more Taco Bell’s for us!!!

  This has got to be the WORST Taco Bell in the area. On Saturday March 28, 2026 I went here specifically for Cinnabons. The things they gave me were SO OLD AND STALE. They were so old the cream on the inside had soaked into the dough. They were ROCK HARD AND COLD. With every intention of returning them unfortunately I had a family emergency and couldn't do so right away. Against my better judgement on April 1st I returned hoping that they were just having a bad night that night joke was on me a hard taco supreme and an order of steak fries the taco shell Andy fries had obviously been sitting wherever to get as stale as possible in the span of just a couple of days I wasted $20 if you have the means to do so please go visit the store on ulmerton way better quality food and service Forgot to mention the kitchen employee was sitting outside on the curb picking his face when I pulled up to order 🤢🤮
