  Placed my order online. Was charged $27 from my account, drove up to the store for pick-up to find handwritten note on the door stating they were closed. An hour before closing time. Nobody would answer the door or phone to handle refunding my charge and the ridiculous excuse for customer service they offer online in the form of a "chat-bot" is absolutely worthless. No customer service line is available and to top it off i used almost $16 in deals and rewards for absolutely nothing. Reported to bank and if not refunded by morning intend to report to BBB and corporate level offices. I have pictures of the experience, but option to post is not offered, of course

  Ruoka oli erittäin hyvää ja myös palvelu! Paikka oli likainen ja mielestäni jotenkin nuhjuinen, ainakin kunnon siivouksen tarpeessa. Pölyä ja rasvaa roikkui seinäkyltissä sekä seinillä.

  Came at 8PM when the store says it closes at 9PM yet the doors are locked. Someone inside sees me trying to open the door and doesn’t come to assist and hides out back and their phone goes to voicemail. ?????? Confused. This is crazy! I’m sure one or two employees can handle another hour til close. Seems to be a reoccurring issue for years based on other reviews.

  Its 9:25am and the doors are locked on a Tuesday and no one around. Update your hours if you plan to be closed. Not coming back to this location!!! Don’t expect good service if you can’t even show up for the job.
