I emptied it and filled the cup with lemonade without ice. 90% tasteless with a hint of lemonade. Other Panera locations seem fine with their cold drinks so I’m not sure what’s wrong with this one?

I ordered two Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melts to go, but when I got home one of the sandwiches was incorrect. When I called the store to resolve the issue, the manager placed me on hold for an extended period and then insisted that I had ordered the wrong item, which was not the case. After putting me on hold again, she offered a voucher. I declined because during a previous issue at this same location I was promised a voucher that was never sent. When I asked for a refund instead, the manager became argumentative, raised her voice, and abruptly hung up the call after saying a refund would be issued. 🚨 This is not the first time I have experienced problems at this location. I had avoided the store for months because of previous service issues and only returned because it was convenient. Unfortunately, this experience confirmed the same issues remain: incorrect orders, poor accountability, and extremely unprofessional customer service. 🚨 Customers should be aware of the service at this location.
