  I usually enjoy going to McDonald's for breakfast, especially because of how fast people are served, regardless of how many people are in line. However this morning, I had a very negative experience while in the drive thru hen ordering my breakfast like usual. I almost always ave the same order (2 bacon biscuits with cheese and 4 hash browns) I usually use my points when I order so I end up paying for three out of the four. And that's the order that I made this morning. The initial person that I spoke to was very nice, but the subsequent staff member that I encountered was extremely rude and pretty much ruined my breakfast experience for that morning. My order was totaled out with three hash browns, instead of my usual four and I made mention of that, asking if the missing hash brown could be added on to my existing order. It appears that my order was totaled out before that adjustment was properly made. But instead of adding on this item after the fact, or offering to ring it up separately from my initial order, the manager on duty outright refused to change anything about my order. It's not like I was asking for another free hash brown, I was asking for a simple adjustment to be made to my existing request. It would have cost them absolutely nothing to just add on an additional hash brown, but instead of doing that, the manager on duty said "no, this is all you get" and then flung my receipt at me. I never really have a bad experience when ordering fast food, so I was very taken aback by this. I would have just walked inside to actually address this formally, but I was on my way to work at the same time. So I just picked my receipt up, got my messed-up order, and drove away. I hope to God that I do not have to encounter that manager who treated me badly this morning. The level of irritation, incompetence, and outright rudeness was completely unnecessary for the situation that occurred. I was treated as if I was being annoying, instead of being treated like an ordinary customer ordering their food. Do better please.

  It is McDonald's. It is fast. They sell breakfast burritos all day. There is a discount on burritos as of the time of this post (3/25/2026).

  Love this MacDonalds everyone in the morning are very nice and the food is on point

  The Big Arch challenge. The top bun was hard and too much the sauce and could do without the i've breaded onions. The meat was actually not bad, a bit different from there are other burgers. But i'm not a great critic, because I don't generally eat fast food. I did it because I saw the CEO taken a little bite... lol
