I've been timing it for the last few months the average time for me to get a double stack and a Frosty takes 25 minutes. Just a couple months ago I went in no customers stood there for 10 minutes before somebody came up and took my order. From what I can tell the staff prioritizes the food deliveries and drive-thru takes priority and walk-in customers are secondary!

I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a large fry The two chicken sandwiches look like they have been repeatedly dropped in the grease and cooked over and over and over again to the edges were completely brown, and you could not even chew them half of the french fries weren’t even in a container. They weren’t even in the bag. Worked at Wendy’s for many years. Never served a customer. Anything that even look anywhere near like this someone needs to be held accountable. Personal accountability is important in a business., especially when it affects your customer base and image. Too bad I can’t post photos. You’ll be horrified.
