There were only three cars in line, yet we waited about 20 minutes in the drive-through. When I finally received my order, it wasn’t even made correctly. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and instead got what looked like a rolled-up tortilla with some cheese inside — not grilled or prepared the way it’s supposed to be. Quality control clearly wasn’t a priority that night. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I understand how challenging shifts can be — but this didn’t appear to be a rush issue. It seemed more like a lack of urgency and leadership. Management should ensure that even during slower periods, orders are accurate and service is efficient. Fast food should be fast, and orders should be made correctly every time. I hope this location takes feedback seriously and works on improving both speed and food quality moving forward.

I tend to customize my orders and once heard the manager bicker with an employee, and the statement "well that's how they ordered it, so that's how you will make it" sounded crazy, but was one of the best meals I've had at a taco bell. I applaud everyone at this location for staying consistent, and the accuracy, of every meal I've ordered here. Highly suggest checking out this location, it will be one of the best taco bell experiences you'll ever have.
