  Today I visited this Subway location with my daughter, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. We attempted to use two coupons—something we’ve done many times without issue. The employee, a younger blonde woman, informed us we couldn’t do that, so I explained that I would make one order and my daughter would make a separate order, each using a coupon. From that point forward, her attitude became noticeably rude. When my sandwich was being made, I noticed the bread was very flat, almost like flatbread. When I asked why, I was told it was because the bread was “too fresh” and that I would need to wait an additional 15 minutes if I wanted bread that wasn’t flat. I’ve never heard of this before, but I continued with the order. I then asked for yellow mustard only, yet she added mayonnaise as well. When I asked why, she said she would scrape it off, but all she did was mix the mustard and mayonnaise together, ruining the sandwich. My daughter then asked for her toppings to be added correctly, and the employee refused—she said she would not remake the sandwich or put the toppings back on. Her customer service continued to be extremely unprofessional. When I politely asked for her name, she said it, but due to her strong accent I didn’t catch it. When I asked if she could write it down, she responded that if I couldn’t understand her, that was “my fault.” I also asked her to cut my tomatoes into two pieces, and she told me she “didn’t know how.” When I asked for the manager’s name, she told me to look it up myself. I have been coming to this Subway for quite some time and have never had an issue with any other employee. However, the treatment my daughter and I received today was completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this matter so no one else experiences this level of disrespect and poor service. I will unfortunately not be returning.

  Every time I've ordered my sandwich, Daniel has served me very well and puts exactly what I ask for in my sandwich ;) …I like it! He's very friendly, and I've had good experiences with the other girls too ;)
