I love that it tells you when it’s ready especially today because that way I can just come in and go without anything extra. Except it wasn’t ready. At all. Then she tells me she’s going to service the other customers then make mine. No worries if it’s busy and it took longer but I just can’t understand why you would mark it as ready. What’s the point of even having the app and the feature to tell you when it’s ready if you’re gonna be spending the same amount of time waiting? I’m assuming they marked it ready so they would look good time wise. Probably my last encounter with subway. I stopped going here when Publix introduced the ability to order online feature - again my life is busy I love the not having to wait I can continue on with my day until the foods ready.
