- LKLisa KingJan 2, 20265.0I've been going to this same Pizza Hut for years. The people there are great!!! I've interacted with all of them from the cooks to front counter to managers. They're always pleasant, friendly and make sure I'm happy with my food. When I was informed by my husband that people had given negative reviews regarding how bad their food looked and showed me pictures of how it "looked when they opened the boxes", I knew I had to say something. EVERY time I've picked up food, they've opened everything to inspect. NOTHING has looked like some of those pictures. They only look like that if you drop them or drive like a maniac and the boxes slid everywhere in the car. I've gone to different locations and NONE of them compare to the location on Belcher. This will always be the place my family and I go!!!

They remade it and it’s even more dry taste like straight cardboard has no flavor and hardly any cheese at all so disappointed I threw it out. The remake was worse that the original! So disappointing I took one bite and threw it away
- KHKristyn H.Dec 17, 20255.0SHOUT OUT MARISSA (Manager) I stopped using this store about 2-3 months ago and started pick ups at the Safety harbor location (they don’t deliver to me) because at the belcher store if the order wasn’t completely wrong it was burnt, the delivery drivers didn’t follow no contact directions… and the store… The store It was atrocious, it was dirty, smelled of terrible body odor EVERYTIME I went and the staffs appearance sadly matched the stores environmental state. The Belcher store just happened to be on my way home and I am not feeling well, so out of pure convienance I took a gamble and ordered pick up from this location HOLY 💩! Pizza hut has finally listened to all of our complaints❤️ Marissa greeted me while serving another guest the second I walked in the door! The store smelled AMAZING (in a fabulous way) it was CLEAN and decorated for Christmas! I seriously had to make sure I was in the right store! I stood back in absolute shock and even debated on wether or not to say anything but when I saw Marissa’s name tag said manger and after a chatting a min to feel out the vibe She (and the other managers) that have stepped in to clean up and TRANSFORM not only the environment but the food and the experience deserve a lot of kudos for real! They deserve all the recognition! 👏 I will definitely start using this location again all thanks to Marissa and the team who brought this store back to life!

The prices are way too high , the food is substandard and oh yeah they fired all their drivers (1000s) two weeks before Christmas and hired doordash how low can a company go. Total low class business. Don't waste your .hard earned money or your time at this place the service is poor and the management needs to move on. It's no wonder why their competitors have better prices and much better service.
- JKJabari KingDec 15, 20255.0This place is the best. It's not even the closest location but it's worth the extra drive. I've placed over a 100 orders and have never had an issue. The pizza is always fantastic looking and delicious. Even my kids request it regularly. The staff has changed over the course of years but the atmosphere has not. It's always super clean including the bathrooms and everyone is so nice to myself and especially my wife Lisa who they all recognize at this point. A special shout out to Heath who is the Picasso of making pizzas. It's rare that food looks as good in person as it does in commercials but Heath delivers every single time. Justin is phenomenal. The friendliest person ever even when it's crazy busy. Guy keeps a smile on his face and in his voice as does Leslie Tyma. These 3 are the only ones I know by name but it's everyone there. No other pizza place exists as far as my family is concerned. 5 stars all around and I recommend to everyone who reads this to give this location a try. I'm so glad we did.
