I sent him inside to grab the food, but since he didn’t know exactly what I ordered for myself, he just picked up the order with my name on it and came back to the car. When I checked the bag, I realized my smoothie was missing, so we went back inside to let the staff know. Instead of simply checking or helping us resolve it, they immediately assumed we were lying or accusing them of not making the drink. We even offered for them to check our car or review the cameras to confirm, but they were not willing to because they knew they would be proven wrong. Eventually, they said they would make the smoothie “as an exception,” even though it was clearly part of my original order. The whole situation was handled very poorly and made something so simple unnecessarily frustrating.
