    Messed up my Uber eats order. Rather than correcting it chose to cancel it. Drove 20 minutes out of the way to come to this location for a special they were having and did nothing to accommodate or correct the issue. Will not come back to this location. Need to learn how to handle. Was ultimately their issue and became my problem

    i don’t know what kind of joke my visit to Panera was. First, a panera bread without bread? Really? That’s like going to a movie theater with no popcorn. The staff broke the news with the enthusiasm of someone telling me my fish died. No baguettes, no sourdough, no chicken. Dont even get me started on Amanda so incredibly rude. Also dont get the tomato soup here unless you want massive chunks of tomato bulging out. very disappointed customer i must say.

    Went to eat with my family and the bread was hard as a rock. I went back to ask for fresh bread and they wind it up charging me for each piece of bread. You pay a decent amount for a big bowl with a small portion of soup and brick for a tiny piece of bread. Waist of money and bad service. The service in the past was way better than now. I will never come back.
