  I feel bad for the woman working tonight. The manager is probably the rudest person I have ever encountered at a McDonald's. I asked a simple question and apparently he decided he wasnt going to answer. Rudely walked away without even saying anything remotely close to the answer to my question. I have never heard before about the timers. Apparently at midnight the timers shut everything down and they have no control. I was not aware they closed at midnight or I would have gone elsewhere. Instead of making my food I sat in the drive thru I until it was midnight on the dot and they gave me half my order. Cold fries, dried out chicken nuggets and a mediocre burger. I actually like mcdonalds but you can tell they didn't even try. The cashier was absolutely the sweetest snd most pleasant person. I am sorry she has to work for someone like that. Attempted to eat it and found half the items were missing from my burger and it too was cold.

  Not a clean table today. Think dine in comes secondary to drive thru. S r aff not motivated. Good cold. Disappointing.

  Ebony and her over night manager were above and beyond so kind and joyful at 12am in the morning put me in such an amazing mood these 2 deserve a gift card or something because they are amazing employees and bring such a special positive attitude to work! Thank you I know you two work very hard and definitely deserve a raise.

  This location messed up our order, then when I came in to return the wrong sauces they gave us, they charged me for the right sauces (which I had no problem paying for because it was petty 🤷‍♂️), they forgot my Son's 4 piece chicken nuggets, the employees were very grumpy other than the one on drive through window, and the one with the dreadlocks or braids by the front. Their bathrooms were gross and when I tried to order an ice cream for my 8 year old Son the grumpy guy in the front said in a mad tone they didn't have chocolate only vanilla. He also disrupted me while I was speaking. They don't seem like happy employees. To be fair maybe they need some encouragement from management or seek other employment. Just being honest and not trying to act like a dramatic "Karen". February 9th 2026 at around 7pm.

  This location sucks. Once again they prioritize mobile order and drive through before walk in. Waited almost like 20 minutes for a happy meal and snack wrap meal. Once the food came the fries are way over done. Its like a worker kept them in the vat way past the timer alarm. And there wasnt a toy in the happy meal. This is twice now at this location they dont give a toy. So I went up to ask and the worker looked annoyed when I asked and they gave me an old sonic toy from the old promotion not even the new changeable promotion. The morning crew here is awesome but this evening crew its horrible. They are here just for a check. Im sure ray knoc wouldn't be thrilled if he were around .
