Matt was very rude for no reason because i asked for fresh cookies, he was very disrespectful to me and i did not come to him with any disrespect. Very rude then did not serve me at all! WILL NEVER COME BACK! Place is very dirty

The food was good only complaint about the food is my snack wrap chicken was cold everything else was good. The service was good with no complaints but the thing that caused this one star review is I went to the bathroom and the floor and toilet seat was covered in piss

Laura the manager was very professional and courteous. She's very helpful and dependable.

Absolutely horrible,Whoever is working at 1:30AM this Monday morning 11/03/2025. Asked for a drink carrier was told they didn’t have one “right here” stating that she didn’t want to walk to get one. Meanwhile I have 3 mcflurries and a drink. How lazy, what does she think I have 90 cup holders in my car.
Got home the fries were so horrible extremely salty, old and soggy I didn’t even let my DOG get one I threw them away. Fish sandwich tasted like rubber, I wouldn’t recommend this specific location to my own enemy. Every time I go here the staff is just lazy, rude and unwelcoming and barely ever get the food right.
If you come across this review take my word and go somewhere else don’t even cost yourself the frustration and disappointment!! Especially their prices are already becoming unreasonable you would think they would at the least have the decency to make sure your order is right and put a smile on even if it’s a fake one these people at this location are just miserable and they spread it well.

Such a bad experience. I show up and they are only taking cash because the payment machines were down- fine whatever I had cash on me. I give my order, a large frozen coke and a small fry. They ask me if want to round up and I said sure since I played in cash and I hate change. I get up to the window and the cashier said it was $9 even, they also said their printer is also down. I knew I should’ve questioned that price but I didn’t have the energy. Come to find out they up charged me for everything and got my entire order wrong!! I pulled up to the 2nd window and she goes to hand a a blue frozen Fanta- I immediately said “uhhh I ordered a frozen coke, she looks at me weird and back to her screen where the cashier clearly put the wrong item down. She hands me my fries and goes to make the correct drink. I opened the bag and I had a large fry instead of a small. She came back and handed me my correct drink. I then state “these fries were supposed to be a small. She looks up at the order screen and the person who took my order again put the wrong item, which means I was charged for things I didn’t order. I was so confused as to why my meal was $9 when I’ve NEVER paid more than $5 what I get. I was so over it at this point and left. I then go to take a sip of my frozen coke and almost puked!! It was the most rancid, dirty and moldy mop water taste I have ever experienced. I’m never going to this location again- the cashier seemed so out of it and got every item wrong.
