We were told they were “almost closing,” which made it feel like someone simply didn’t want to put in the effort to serve customers who arrived before closing time. I’m still confused how a McDonald’s, of all places, runs out of burgers. To make things worse, they messed up our Nugget order, and we ended up waiting forever for someone to fix the mistake. Terrible service on top of an already disappointing experience. If this location plans to stop serving food early or can’t keep basic items in stock, they should update their hours or improve their operations. As it stands, this visit left a very negative impression.
