I ordered 20 nuggets and ordered ketchup and sweet & sour. I received none. I've ordered breakfast twice. I always order a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. The first time my bagel was burnt, the second time my sausage was replaced with bacon. I thought a different shift may do better but nope, they are all lazy and worthless.

Terribly rude and definitely not the right employee, refused to answer phone call to give employees names. 0 cars in line apart all employees avoided phone to avoid accountability.
