  WORST Jimmy John in History! Do not go to this one, management tried to argue with me about a sandwich being made wrong, I physically brought the sandwich back but since they MESSEDA the order up 3 times, the manager decided that the sandwich didn't need to be replaced because the person that made the so called order told him the wrong thing but when I spoke to customer service they specifically said the MANAGER should of replaced the sandwich with no problem.. but instead he wanted to argue with me and then a staff member chimed in like she was the man

  Picking up an UberEats order and there is at least 20 people waiting for their orders and the woman working the counter clearly can’t handle the pressure of a typical lunch rush at a sandwich chain. I tell her the name of my order and she looks around then slams stuff down and yells “CMON WHY CANT YOU PICK UP ONE THATS ALREADY BAGGED” which made the whole restaurant turn and look at me and she walks away. No “I’m sorry we’re busy it’ll be just a minute” Unprofessional and rude. I cancelled the order and would never spend a dime in here. Not to mention the ceo is a long time billionaire big game hunter. Disgusting.

  Hard to understand some of the bad reviews. We had a bit of a wait for our food but they had orders pouring in from all over the place. Super friendly people here and JJs always has good food
