And I've seen the same dude (whose name I just learned today is Fausto) consistently running the show PERFECTLY. He's always perfectly in charge of his team and ensuring the food is being delivered impeccably; it's always hot, fresh and tastes delicious. Every single time. Without fail. I hope this man is getting paid well because he is one of the most loyal and hardworking customer service workers I've ever seen - he legit deserves a raise.
