I'm still not sure of what was going on in that restaurant Tuesday night but it was packed. Was it a BOGO special? Well, they shouldn't have any specials when the staff cant handle a crowd. Little girl bouncing around like she's cute or something and trying to impress people but you are totally unprofessional. There was a massive crowd and she was pulling orders out of this machine and not placing them in order of receipt. In the order of receipt, would make sense especially when you have 100 people staring at you and waiting for their food. As for me, I was working and needed to make a delivery. But nope, I had to wait 45 minutes because she didn't do her job. And when confronted about it, she gives you attitude. I did ask for her name and she wanted to know why? I think she told me her name but It wasn't clear to me. I'm sure I will see her again. Its the same exact crew working all the time. And I still want to know who owns this store. You need to know that your staff is not doing a good job. Especially, especially, you can not leave a food area then go on the floor and then go on the register and then go back to handling food WITHOUT washing your hands. Come on! Food prep 101. Owner reach out to me.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
