The staff looked unclean, the place itself was filthy, and the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Gross experience and a complete waste of money. We try to get here early in the morning because more times than not by late morning their bagel selection is depleted and we are forced to order what they have available. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. There seems to always be plenty of staff on hand but in our experiences , normally the cashier and 1 other person tends to orders and the others are always busy doing something else behind the counters. If someone orders a hot sandwich, you sometimes will have to wait until their sandwich is given to him before you are helped. If it's not busy you can be in and out but if there is a line, you can be there awhile. Overall the service is friendly and the bagels are good! They have a wide variety of cream cheese shmears . You get two 6 oz. Shmears with a dozen bagels and 1 with a half dozen. For a dozen bagels , 2 cream cheese shmears and 2 orange juices and a $3 tip it came to just under $35 . I have been going here for years and have had good and not so great experiences but nothing that makes me not want to return when my bagel craving kicks in . As far as getting fresh bagels , Einstein Bagels is our top pick if we can get there early .
