  This is my go-to store because it's on the way to work. I've placed pickup orders for donuts several times now well ahead and they're never ready when I arrive. Not sure what the benefit is for ordering 30 minutes to an hour ahead if I still have to wait 20 minutes for my donuts...

  Every time I give this place a chance, it disappoints even more. I am always having to park my car and wait for my drink. There was no one else in the drive thru and all the employees are just standing there doing nothing and laughing with each other. After my long wait, I then get my drink and it is WRONG and taste awful. Every time without a fail. Today after waiting for 15 minutes at the stop sign a lady came out and asked me what I am waiting on. This is unbelievable. This place should be shut down.

  I’m writing this review because Anquone was amazing. He was working his shift all by himself and still kept an amazing attitude and demeanor while multitasking the front, drive thru, and managing other tasks. As a former manager, I have a keen eye for these things. I hope this guy is getting the recognition he deserves. I went in with my boyfriend and he ordered the bacon jam breakfast sandwich and they were out of croissants, Anquone still managed to make this sandwich with care upon offering substitutions. Coffee was great. Thanks Anquone!

  I travel for work and regularly stop at Dunkin’ Donuts in the mornings to pick up donuts for the nurses and facilities I visit. There is one location close to my home that I try to use consistently, but unfortunately it has become a constant source of frustration. Every time I go through the drive-thru, my order never appears on the screen. I often see the order for the car in front of me being entered at the window instead, which makes it impossible to confirm that my order is correct. While I understand delays with large or complicated orders, most of the time I am simply ordering a dozen assorted donuts and an unsweetened tea. When I get to the window, I need a receipt because I am traveling for work and paying with a company card. Without fail, the employees do not offer a receipt. When I ask for one, they either say nothing printed or they have to dig it out of the trash, which is extremely unprofessional. In some cases, they just walk away as if the request doesn’t matter. Despite the simplicity of my order, I am almost always asked to pull forward and wait, sometimes for 5–10 minutes, for a dozen assorted donuts and an unsweetened tea. This happens even when the store is clearly not busy. It feels like this is being done to manipulate drive-thru timing rather than because the order actually isn’t ready. On days when I need to bring more donuts—two or three dozen—I am often told they “don’t have enough,” forcing me to stop at multiple Dunkin’ locations just to complete a basic order for my workday. Lastly, the quality of the unsweetened tea is completely inconsistent. Some days it’s fresh, and other days it tastes old and unpleasant. I rely on Dunkin’ for convenience during my work travel, but this location consistently misses the mark on basic service, order fulfillment, and professionalism.

  Always making you pull up for your order and wait. And the coffee never ever has the flavors you pay for. Do not come here!
