  This Dunkin never gets my order right - never. I’m sure they d fix it but I’m always on my way to work. Sunny sip just opened near my job I guess it’s time to switch because this morning they still managed to get my caramel iced coffee with extra sugar and cream wrong - they didn’t get the caramel.

  The donuts here are never fresh. The NHL should contact this Dunkin and start buying these garbage circles instead of hockey pucks. I wasted $25 on donuts for my tree crew and felt bad for offering them this. Giving them *nothing* would have been nicer than trying to give them donuts mixed with concrete. 0/10 on the donuts but 10/10 on the service.

  I came through the drive thru around 4 pm. "Kim" came and took my order. When I pulled around to the window Kim was on the opposite side of the building at the register inside taking an order. From the register she yells and asks if I got the cold brew, I answered yes and she asked again. I raised my voice and said yes again to where she had asked for a third time, I raised my voice again to respond. Kim answers back this time with " jeez okay we hear you relax" she began to mock me and make fun of me to the customer she was helping at the register inside. She was loud enough that I could hear her from my car in the drive thru. Carisa came to hand me my drink and apologized which was nice but this was not the first time I have had a negative experience at this location because of Kim.

  The donuts were hard as a rock and they are allowed to sell those..I'll be finding another dunkin

  They waited on the people behind me before I was done and didn't give me all of my order first ...I had to wait for the other people to even get my stuff
