    The manager Trevon is a wonderful manager with great customer service skills. The problem is not all his have the same attitude and Andre Miles, the person preparing the food this morning 12/28/25, is very rude, disrespectful. I asked the server for butter on the side, Andre said they don't have butter on the side, slapped a glob butter in a cup cover and push on the counter towards me.saying it was ridiculous . I told the server I didn't want that sh apologized to me, then, Andre Miles became combative we with me. Not a good look for the establishment and nothing like the manager Trevon would expect his staff to act in his absence. Andre Miles needs Customer Service training from start to finish.

    Dropped by for a coffee before work ..I'm picky about my coffee and they made it PERFECT and were very pleasant. Great service and friendly/courteous staff.

    Dimitrius and Nuni were the best I have had in my life of going to Dunkins. "D" is super energetic and he is self aware what makes him so great is his ability to connect with all his guest. His care to attention an guest happiness is exemplary. Nuni works so well with D and is great at making sure the order is done right and very quick at her job. The tables and seats were clean along with the floor. They made us feel so welcome and the coffees were great! They even checked on us after we were almost done to make sure we were completely satisfied... NO OTHER DINKIN HAS EVER EVER DONE THIS! AMAZING JOB GUYS!
