  A young man who looks like he recently got his haircut Hispanic was very rude to me. Didn’t know how to make what I wanted. I had to look up the recipe on Gemini and read it to him… He was cussing with his coworkers and talking over me even the airport security came over to him and said oh I thought you weren’t gonna work here anymore because of the money. I can understand if you don’t like your job but you still don’t have to go to work and cussed in front of customers and refused to make someone’s drink and have them go online and find the recipe he was just standing there and talking and I’m like what are you doing?

  Don’t waste your time. Guy at register 2/9/26 at 11 am was mumbling so bad and talking so low that I couldn’t understand him. I kept asking him to repeat himself and had to look at his lips to even try to understand what language he was trying to speak. I finally just told him my order which was an matcha and he said ‘none of that today’. So I said ok nevermind. He sneered and snorted at me like I was the dumb one in this situation? Get better employees who are grateful they even have jobs in this market and maybe have someone at the register who knows how to speak up and enunciate their words and who doesn’t talk to customers like they’re stupid. Very rude and dumb employee

  Closed but hours online are posted 5a-9pn but it's closed at 130 in the afternoon on a Saturday

  Latte machine "not working", they could not serve anything other than a cold brew or espresso. No warm food, meaning sandwiches or hash browns. On top of that, poor staff attitude, they were rude and unprofessional.
