My server was a guy with dark hair and a very full beard. First he, adjusted his glasses with his gloved hand, then used same hand not serving utensil to level my rice in my bowl. Next the amount of chicken was very skimpy. I told him would pay for extra chicken. After thinking about what I saw, using his hands and full uncovered beard, I opted not to get my order. It's unfortunate because I really like Chipotle, but don't want to risk getting a food borne illness or finding hair in my food.

Otherwise overall it’s should be a two or three at best. The rest of the workers were either standing around or walking around slow and were of zero help to the one taking food orders, who was also boxing them up and then still helping the cashier who clearly has not been cross trained. I don’t know the kids name but he has dark hair about 5’8 and was working on 10/12 at 4pm. He literally was the only one with any hustle and customer service.
