As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    We watched an episode of undercover boss and thought the food looked good. Went at 8pm on a Saturday the food was not good. We ended up taking one bite out of it and throwing it away and went to McDonald's. Wasted drive and money Never been to a Checkers because they never seem to have any business and bad reviews now I know why. Unfortunately I don't like to be negative but maybe the day shift food is better?? Sorry...

    It took over 5 minutes to place my order. Very slow service. Upon receiving my order the hamburger was burnt and lukewarm. I guess the reviews say it all.

    I pulled up at 1:16am waited in the drive for 20 mins I backed I seen a worker smoking and coughing just disgusting. Don’t eat here.

    Cant explain how frustrating this Checkers is. In the past ive got every excuse to not serve food. Tonight on 12/27 (840pm) waiting at speaker for 5 mins, nothing. No one inside. Usually "systems are down, no power, or just no one in building." (When power is obviously on)

    WORST CHECKERS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. LEFT AND WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO BURGER KING AND WILL NEVER RETURN !
