As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The drive-thru took longer than expected — it felt like the staff was either short-handed or having a tough night keeping up with orders. When I finally got my food, it was warm but not really hot, and the fries (which are usually amazing) were a bit soggy this time. The burger had good flavor but seemed like it sat for a few minutes before being served. On the bright side, the staff were polite and got my order right, which I appreciated. The prices are still reasonable for what you get, and when Checkers is on point, the food can be excellent. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just inconsistent. If they could tighten up on speed and freshness, it would easily bump up to a five-star stop.
