  My father, his partner, and I dined here Saturday evening and the service was unacceptable. Our server greeted the other two guests but ignored me until my party had to prompt her, and after our food was dropped off, no one checked back on our table even once. My chicken parmesan was also lukewarm. We should have asked for a manager in the moment, but I’m sharing this so others know what to expect. Overall: poor service and disappointing food — we won’t be returning.

  First I'd like to say our server was griffin, he was very polite very accommodating, did a great job coming to the table as we needed, the food came out quick we had the Johnny Trio it was delicious will definitely be coming back I don't know if there is a new ownership but I know in the last year all the servers and the food has gotten way better than it was.. highly recommend the Carrabba's on Dale Mabry by 275 definitely coming back

  Wait wasn't bad, even though it was busy. Waiter was very friendly and nice. Food was delicious, they refilled our drinks quickly and brought us bread twice. The only thing I was not ok with was the bathroom. Toilet was dirty and floor was wet and smelled like strong urine. But above all...everything was great!

  Someone needs to learn how to make chicken marsala with actual marsala sauce, not tasteless brown gravy! My friend had the crab/shrimp covered salmon, which was excellent. Service was excellent and the atmosphere charming. If not for the marsala, I would given 5 stars.

  We go to Carrabba's sometimes a couple of times a week. We usually sit at the bar where Sabrina always recognizes us right away and remembers our favorite drink orders. She is on top of service, making sure that I get a refill to my lemonade without having to ask and my wife's wine or other drink never runs dry. She knows the menu and can describe each item and add her personal opinion about how they taste. I would trust her enough to let her order for us and surprise us. The food is always good and well prepared. If there is a problem, which happens rarely, Sabrina recognizes as soon as the food hits the bar that it may need something and she takes care to get it resolved right away. Never have had anything that couldn't be resolved without anyone other than her getting involved. Again, food quality is always good so this rarely happens. The Rigatoni Al Forno is my favorite and I order it often. The serving is huge and I always take some home. The Short Rib Marsala is excellent, you'll finish it all there. I could go on but, needless to say, the food, service, and bartender Sabrina earn the 5-star rating. Carrabba's, recognize the value of your staff, they all contribute to make our times there a great value with top notch food and attentive service.
