- DVDebra Vicari1 day ago3.0We got off to a rocky start at this location in Palm Harbor. Upon arrival the hostess asked if we had a reservation. We stated no but it was my Mothers birthday celebration. Hostess stated they were very busy to take a seat in lobby. We only waited for about 5 minutes and most of the tables were unattended and not taken. They sat us in a table that had a very sunny view so we asked to have a booth. The hostess told us that all the booths were reserved for people with reservations. We felt almost like leaving because the hostess did not want to give us a booth. The food and service was good after that. But hostess was not friendly or accommodating.

Everything came out really fast and looked great. We ordered the bang bang chicken as an appetizer and it was a great start to our experience! We both ordered the half pound burger with bacon and avocado and it was delicious and was pretty big! Our host Victorya and our waitress Alina were very kind and did their job perfectly, props to them 🙌

Out of your highly advertised lobster specials on a SATURDAY AT 7:30?? We have over $500 in gift cards we my now regift. Poor kitchen management on Bonefish in Safety Harbor. FOLLOW UP: I ordered filet medium, came out medium well, they agreed to re-cook a filet, it came out WELL DONE! AWFUL!
