We had a great waitress named Lydia, she said can you pick something else out. I said I really enjoyed the Saucy Shrimp that they took off the menu!!! I have no idea why, that dish was amazing. I asked her if they had a good chef ? She said yes, I said if he is good, he probably could make me that amazing Saucy Shrimp dish!! She said let me ask. Well the chef Jay made it for me, with the best ingredients he had. And I would have to say it was very close to the original, and I really enjoyed it. So I would have to say even though you ran out of the special, the night turned out perfect. A great waitress Lydia, and a great chef named Jay making me the Saucy Shrimp Dish.Bonefish has 2 amazing people working for them. Agan thank you Chef Jay
