The ice cream my child wanted had almost none in the barrel, and they would not go get another fresh barrel. So we got her second choice. This is not the first bad experience at this store. Also, she made us wait while she refilled some cups that were not even the size we ordered. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Just looking at ice cream flavors was so happy to be there and I have never in my life, seen an employee be so rude for no other reason that I ordered ice cream and was in a good. She looked at me as if I ordered a mc double. I wish I would’ve got her name, but the absolute disgusted look on her face and attitude in her voice makes me wonder why she still has a job there. Hopefully your restaurant will stay in business because if that young lady if that’s what you wanna call it gets to keep her job, you’re gonna lose all your customers God bless

I even walked up to the door to check your store hours and it strictly said you closed at 10:00 so I am absolutely confused as to why I drove to your location to a closed business. Extremely unprofessional and just makes me feel like the staff wanted to leave obviously not a good place to go

The employees did not greet us when we entered, we stood there for 15 seconds before a male employee with glasses and a garbage beard told us only that they close in a couple minutes. Then a second worker came up (female) and asked us “what do you want and how much?” We got nothing and left, we will never return. I hope this was just a bad experience and that not all the workers are that lazy and rude, especially in an economy where businesses need customers to drive business and survive. If I could give lower than one star, I would. As a business owner myself, the last thing I would ever do is drive away business like that. I hate leaving these negative reviews for that reason, but that shouldn’t be stood for.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
