    I placed an online pick up order. I arrived a few minutes past my pick up time. My order was not started. The young lady was rude. She told me to check the shelf. Nothing. After waiting another six minutes she tosses a bag to me. Hands me a cup to fill my own coffee. Usually the coffee is ready to go. The place was nearly empty. When I got my food I noticed no one toasted the bagels and the eggs and cheese were room temp. I decided to to leave as I am trying to have a good day. I will not be back. Rude, unprofessional and less than mediocre food.

    As always, Einstein Bagels is a delicious breakfast staple, I love the french toast gourmet bagel but today, all around, i wasn’t a good experience. When your cashier has to take deep breathes before and after every customer and does not know how to work her own register? there’s issues. Raina was told that there were two charges of the bakers dozen box and the customer was met with rolled eyes and not even an apology. $20 is a lot to charge for an accident, i’m just glad we caught it in time. Pick your cashiers better Einstein.
