  Went and got a coffee and the lady with blonde and brown hair was so rude to me I honestly will never be coming back she said she is the manger but with that attitude I highly doubt it

  Nice people and good service. However, I ordered hot chocolate for me and my friends, and all I got in return was actually liquid dookie. It was literally water and a sprinkle of chocolate in it. I wasted my money on hot water…

  Order the same drink. Every single time, same drink. Makes zero sense for it to be wrong most times. Hair melted in the cheese of my breakfast sandwich. The lady that sounds like she hates her job will argue about what you ordered while repeating the ingredients she put in that were not the ones you requested and doesn't seem to know granulated sugar from liquid as she is staring at the caked sugar on the bottom while doubling down that its not granulated. They also never answer the phone at this location.

  This Dunkin never gets my order right - never. I’m sure they d fix it but I’m always on my way to work. Sunny sip just opened near my job I guess it’s time to switch because this morning they still managed to get my caramel iced coffee with extra sugar and cream wrong - they didn’t get the caramel.

  The donuts here are never fresh. The NHL should contact this Dunkin and start buying these garbage circles instead of hockey pucks. I wasted $25 on donuts for my tree crew and felt bad for offering them this. Giving them *nothing* would have been nicer than trying to give them donuts mixed with concrete. 0/10 on the donuts but 10/10 on the service.
