  The blonde MANAGER with the glasses who is POWER HAPPY is absolutely miserable and should reevaluate how she talks to PAYING customers. Even the drive thru employee had to apologize for how rude she was.

  When going to this location as a customer, or as I have when I can't physically afford such, I have been taken care of by an attentive staff, and frequent patrons and locals as well. I have had some mistreatment that I reported to corporate, but such was addressed at this location, and I appreciated the customer service in such game intended individuals that were not representing Dunkin properly or professionally, especially in mistreating me. I love, love, love Boston Cream donuts, really love their muffins (Blueberry and Chocolate Chip), bagels (multi-grain and Everything), and coffee. I have treated my coworkers in the past to donuts while on my way to work, and suggest that you consider doing such to, even utilizing the free 1/2 donut coupon you can usually find in the newspaper or local ads, as they are often included in both. A great way to help someone smile and make their morning special.

  Terrible terrible customer service ! I went today to get an ice cream the cashier would not hand it to me the ice cream even when I was checking out. She was very rude unprofessional and mean and all I asked is to be handle the item so I can put it in my cooler while I was paying for. After I did ask her so many times about the ice cream. I did desist in getting the ice cream and then when I was leaving she yelled at me not to come back. Rest for sure I WONT COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

  I don’t recommend coming into this location or ordering. It’s not safe unless you want a bunch of customers and employees ganging up on. I totally didn’t expect that I paid for my drink. I didn’t bother anybody. The most awkward experience I had in my life. The team member responsible for making my coffee, had an angry upset look on her face who kept staring at me taking longer than usual while making other people’s drinks that ordered after me. Some customers, including two women with blonde hair standing next to me, were staring at me with angry faces and two customers at a table behind me while I was ordering on my app were staring at me angry faces. I didn’t do anything to deserve that. It’s all on camera and I also paid for my drink via my app so I don’t know why everybody had an angry shocked and upset look on their face, but I didn’t deserve it, and it was really humiliating. I even asked them why they were doing that and it just made it worse. Nobody told me they tried to tell me they weren’t staring at me, but they were and couldn’t give me a reason why.

  I will never come back here again. The person making my drink had an attitude and clearly did not want to make my drink. Customers surrounding me were staring at me for no reason. They were just determined and being me feel uncomfortable the whole time. I never had anything like this happened to me in my life. I honestly didn’t do anything. All of a sudden, all these customers are staring at me. I don’t get it. I was nice as can be even try to make conversation with a person making my drink to see if it would make it better. It just made it worse. Nothing but humiliating.
