  I walk in with a Mobile order I look at the drink and it said black coffee. I asked a guy if he could remake it because I don’t recall asking for a black coffee. He says the Mobile order says black. I can’t remake it. It’s Not gonna cost you your life or your paycheck to dump out your coffee And remake it He adds a mouthful of sugar even after I stirred it multiple times this bagel is dry as hell I don’t know if it’s supposed to be this dry but it’s pretty dry. That’s probably why it’s with a combo deal that gets you a drink because it’s so dry.

  The stuff I ordered took a while but it wasn’t the two boys faults. They were busy and despite that they were polite and did a good job. Dont let long wait times dismiss you from going, their barista’ing is top notch

  Severely understaffed for weekends. The two guys that are working today are doing a great job but they need help. I was a walk-in customer and waited 45 minutes for two sandwiches while watching other customers completely be ignored at the counter because they’re too busy with drive-through. Whoever runs the store whoever’s responsible for the store. You need to wake up because you are losing money and your CustomerService here and these poor guys that are working are getting their butts kicked in this is not how you should run a business. And before you say that I don’t run a business I am a contractor general contractor with multimillion dollar projects and time as of the instance and CustomerService is number one, which is lacking here.

  The staff is always friendly when I come here. Wish I knew the names of the two people that are always working - the guy is always friendly and the African American girl that was there with the braids today - I love her. I could be having the worst day soon as I come through there she ll put a smile on my face. I always go to Dunkin - very often get bad service or a wrong order - never at this one though.
