  This Duncan is a great Dunkin to do the drive-through with. I’ve never been into the actual physical location before. It’s a convenient drive-through. The staff is always friendly. They’ve never got my order wrong before.

  Came through the morning of March 4 and the gentleman that you have working the window. Personally, I don’t feel he should be working with customers or food as he was coughing, and I saw his thumb holding my doughnut. I would have left if it was just me, but because my daughter was with me, I stayed and was grossed out.

  I spent $ 25 ( 2 croissant and 2 coffee and Orange juice then I asked for some ice and they want to charge me extra 😡

  If I could give it 0 I would. Poor service, poor attitude, and the girl looked like she was on something. Dunkin, do better.

  I ordered online through Dunkin’ Donuts mobile app. My husband went to pick up the order and I was missing three sandwiches. I tried calling Dunkin’ Donuts. They gave the phone to a young lady who said it was a doorDash order andI wasn’t missing my sandwiches and hung up on me when I tried to call back they would not answer. This is not how you treat customers
