    Customer service is not great. Came to order lunch and wanted to use a reward I had in the app. The lady in the register didn’t seem to know how the process worked and instead of helping demonstrated an annoyed attitude towards me trying to use my reward. Feeling pressured, decided to pay and stepped to the side to figure it out. To then learn, the reward required a purchase to retrieve. I was not going to buy a second meal to get the guac but went back to the line to get a side since I had already added chips to my order… she started to mumbled all annoyed right in front of my face, repeating she couldn’t do anything for me. Her attitude really bothered me and I asked her if there was an issue with me trying to get a side….. zero education. I ended up just leaving without ordering anything else. Now I have a bad experience and empty chips. Next time will go eat somewhere else. Chipotle please train your people basic customer service skills. It’s not very complicated.

    Service was great tonight, the food was hot, no complaints as far as service goes. However, I got home and was half way through my bowl and found a roach in my bowl…I understand this is Florida, bugs happen, but I don’t have issues at other restaurants. This sadly ruined this location for me. Again service was great, I just don’t like bugs in my food:(

    I have been planning to eat at Chipotle for a long time. I decided to check the reviews before I went to the closest one which is at Tri City Shopping Ctr. on East Bay. Glad I did. The reviews are terrible. I am surprised that it is still open. It seems that the owner is too busy answering the poor reviews to manage the employees. I will check back later to see if things improve. The commercials really look great but you have to deliver the product and service.
