I have the app and always do a mobile order, love ALL the staff at the 3 other locations on my route, and choose Chick-fil-A for the consistency and quality of their food, along with the exceptional customer service. Fast forward to yesterday…the two young women working the drive through line on April 8th around 12:30pm don’t belong at Chick-fil-A. They were downright mean and unprofessional- talking about me negatively as I was in the line. The last thing they said was “…that’s why I’m not taking her order.” Apparently I pulled up in an area that made them annoyed (I wasn’t blocking anything- I’m not selfish or dumb). I said “that’s fine- you don’t have to take my order- I’ll leave” and drove away. It’s tough enough living in the times we are living in, it costs nothing to be kind. Those two girls belong at the fast food chains where customer service is an afterthought. I’m taking the time to write all this in hopes someone speaks to the drive through team about not being so rude and terrible when we are all just trying to get through our day.

In my app there was no longer a transaction showing but I was able to pull up my credit card history and physically show them the transaction where I was charged. They said it must have been canceled, & when I asked by me or by them, they said they didn’t know they just didn’t have the order. They told me to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. It would have taken an ounce of concern about customer service to just ask me what the order was and have it remade. Absolutely absurd from a company who claims to care about customers.
