  A clean Wendy's. The sandwich sizes seem to have shrunken and the chicken sandwich wasn't as good as it used to be. Other than that all good.

  Best all around Wendys we have ever stopped at. Thr plac we was clean the employees went above and beyond and the New Spicy Chicken sandwich noe comes with Pickles... Life is good in the Hood....

  I got the biggie bag and upgraded my drink to the oreo fusion. Which comes in one standard size and has always been correct until now. They put my fusion in a small frosty cup instead of the standard fusion cup that I normally get. The lady just argued that the biggie bags come with a small drink, which is true but I paid to upgrade my drink to a fusion, which comes in one standard size and the one she gave was not it! Also should change the name from biggie to tiny bags because they will not fill you up, half of the fries are always missing.

  I ordered the $4 Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, along w/a small drink. I asked that they leave off the cheese. The top bun was so hard, I only ate a few bites. And the burger was lukewarm at best. Also, since I usually don't get much but a drink or breakfast while driving through here, I was surprised when there was no ketchup or mustard, minimal lettuce, and an almost paper thin tomatoe. The worst was the lack of anyone at the front when I came in @ 3:45 pm. 2 emplyees came in from the back exit after a couple of minutes , but the first ignored me. The second did come over, and his service was quick and courteous. But there were 3 people, and as soon as the person who waited on me gave me my food, both those employees were gone again. One on break? in the main dining room, the other again out of sight. This is when the third employee was seen. I asked for mustard , and was initially offered honey mustard for the burger. Again, couteous, but not really seeming aware of what I needed though clearly stated. Since this is a frequent meet up spot for exhanging family, it is the first time I have seen such poor food. And apparent lack of clear supervision. I hope this note helps the owner or manager to look at this Mon, 3:45 pm Apr. 5th shift to encourage better performance.

  After a long day I go to Wendy’s drive through (cars in front of me order and get food) and when I greet them, they say “were not serving customers because we just had a big order come in” I say “ excuse me” someone else takes over saying “what can we get for you” in a rude manner. I place my order and after three times going over the order. these joking teenagers still get it wrong and not giving me my main sandwich …. Do better Wendy’s
